Middleberg Library is open to the public as a shelter during severe weather. The middle school doors will be unlocked during severe weather, and all domestic animals need to be crated.

We currently have a limited number of openings for our Pre-K program. Please call or stop by the office for enrollment forms.

Enrollment forms will be available in the school office from 8:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday, or you can print them here. Items needed to complete enrollment are: completed enrollment forms, birth certificate, current shot record, and proof of residency.

Enrollment is also open for all grades from March 25th-May 16th.
